Facilities require that all friends & family members who wish to talk to an incarcerated individual must open an account. Securus provides a multitude of communications programs to our partnering facilities. Each of these programs are designed to assure friends and family members are able to stay in contact with an incarcerated person of choice at all times.
Securus partnering facilities do not permit the re-routing or remote call forwarding of telephone calls. Services that provide false terminating phone numbers that bypass a facility’s normal security and call management system processes and controls are blocked. Although program availability varies from facility to facility, we offer several different options, including:
